Cami Sumonthip Shepherd

Cami Sumonthip Shepherd          April 1, 1975 -  April 6, 2018          

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our beloved Cami, she left us way to soon. Her children, grandchildren, family, friends and the entire community will miss her greatly. Cami made friends with everyone she met in her life, she had a big heart of gold, and was very humble and kept her faith very strong, and was also fearless. Cami wanted to help anyone she could and wanted to help change the world for the better,  we will miss our beautiful Cami, she may be gone but never forgotten. 

Cami was born in Thailand April 1, 1975 she and her twin brother Kim were adopted by our mom Erlene S Shepherd. Cami went to school and grew up in Holladay, Utah but sadly lost her mom to breast cancer at age 15. She loved nature,  the mountains and animals, her biggest love was birds..  Cami later on had 4 children 3 sons and 1 daughter, she also leaves behind a granddaughter and a grandson. 

Survived by her children: Keith lighting Stuart, Steven Shepherd Stuart, Paige Erin Stuart and David Zaren Stuart, and her grandkids: Mila Rae Naisbitt, Jedidiah Finn Naisbitt, brother: Kim A Shepherd, siblings: Chad, Kaylene, Kristi, Kairi and Chet. 

Preceded in death by: Mother-Erlene S Shepherd, father- Kay Mathew Shepherd, and brother Kyle. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 5th at the Cottonwood 10th ward located at 4930 South Westmoor (1665 East) for a Private Family service from 11:30-1 Pm.              Following at the same location will be a Celebration of Camis life from 1:30-3 Pm which is open to family, friends and everyone that would like to attend to show your love and support.

 Anyone wishing to send flowers can arrange to do so the day of services Saturday May 5th they can be delivered to the ward anytime after 10 am.
