Debra “Debbie” Johnston

Debra “Debbie” Johnston was born to Clyde “Tex”Rutherford and Beverly “Jeanne” Greenhalgh Rutherford on April 9,1955 at the Tooele Army Depot. Debbie passed away on January 28, 2022. Debbie was an Army brat. Debbie lived in Vicenza,Italy and visited Spain,France and Switzerland all before she started kindergarten. When they returned to the United States they traveled to New York on a huge ship. When traveling home she gave her little sister a black eye. Debbie said it was because the ship was rocking but I think Kerry pissed her off. Then they lived in El Paso , Texas on the Army base until they moved back to Utah after second grade. Debbie was loved by 2 Sister and 2 brothers 3 nieces ,7 nephews and 7 great nieces and 12 great nephews. Debbie have 4 children Jesse , Bonnie , Don and Victor . 7 Grand children Brigitte , Draven , Felisha, Gilberto “Bubba” , William,Payton and Dion. Debbie had 3 Great Grand children Atreyu, Erik, and Joziah. Debbie lived in West Wendover for over 20 years . Debbie worked as a blackjack dealer and craps dealer. Debbie loved to spending time with family and friends. Debbie loved to gamble,drink Budweiser and have fireball shots.She also loved to go fishing, read books, crochet , watch pork on tv ,QVC, game shows and criminal dramas . A remembrance for her friends and family will be held at Toana Vista Golf Course from 4pm to 7pm . 2319 Pueblo Blvd West Wendover NV 89883. Debbie’s family will do a remembrance on April 9, 2022 from 12pm to 5pm . At 3976 S. 3200 W. West Valley, UT 84119.
