Francis Allen Rawlin
Francis Allen Rawlin Sr, better known to friends and family as “Frank”, passed away suddenly on April 25, 2020 at the age of 64.
He was born March 28, 1956 in Marysville, California to Jack and Julie Rawlin. He married Darlene Shanks on September 8, 1978 in Reno, Nevada. Frank will forever be remembered by his wife of 43 years, and his 7 children.
Surviving is his wife Darlene; 2 sons, Jason (Tonya) Rawlin of Knoxville, Iowa and Kenny (April) Rawlin of Ottumwa, Iowa; 5 daughters, Annie of Jerome, Idaho; Marcie (David) of Marysville, California; Bobbie Jo of Buhl, Idaho; Mary (Alan) of Buhl, Idaho; Peggie Sue (Kyle) of Twin Falls, Idaho; 30 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; one brother, David Owen Rawlin of Nashville, Tennessee; two sisters, Sandy Casilina of Georgia; and Mary Brown of Springdale, Arkansas. He was proceeded in death by his parents, his step dad, and a sister.
Frank was a truck driver for over 40 years and was recently employed at Andrus Transportation. Frank is described by his friends and family as being a jokester and very ornery. His hobbies included mechanics, carpentry, fishing, camping, riding his motorcycle, going to antique car shows, and Nascar racing but his first love will always be spending time with his wife and grandchildren whom he loved dearly.
His body has been cremated and no services are planned at this time.
