On November 13, 2021 Gail Louise Pettingill Young passed away at the age of 68. She was born September 12, 1953 in Ogden, UT to parents Blaine and Irene Pettingill. Gail met her life partner Randy in 1979, they made it official October 1, 1989. Together her and Randy ran The Other Body Shop in Salt Lake City, UT for 40 years. She loved camping, travelling around Utah and Nevada visiting ghost towns, boating at the Flaming Gorge. She loved taking care of Randy, their cats and dogs, and the neighborhood strays.

Surviving is her husband Randy Young, daughter's Candy(Les) Barlow, Cindy Wilson, 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandkids, her surviving siblings, Cheryl(Trent) Crandall, Blaine(Andy) Pettingill, Doug(Cindy) Pettingill, Dean(Liz) Pettingill, Carol Pettingill.

She was preceded in death by her only child Kari Lynn Jepson, two brothers Keith Pettingill and Dennis Michael Pettingill, and her parents Blaine and Irene Pettingill

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
