Gary Stephen Yates born 09/12/1956 to Charlie and Bonnie Yates passed away 09/03/2019. His life was filled with friends, family, sports and music. Gary cherished his friendships and was loved by everyone who knew him. He spent most of his time throwing darts with friends, playing and writing music with his sons, working and watching NASCAR on Sundays. He had an amazing passion for life.

Survived by wife Connee, brothers Jim (Detta) and Randy (Lori), children Brandon, Mason, Dalton, Christina and Sharlee, grandchildren Bryce, Christopher and Landon, many nieces, nephews and friends.

Proceeded in death by father Charlie, mother Bonnie Gordon, brothers Rick, Bob, and sister Alice.

There will be a gathering to remember Gary on Sunday September 15th, 1-5pm at the Big Bear Park, 930 East Onyx Lane, Sandy, Utah 84094.
