Jack Lynn Stewart, 60, of Salt Lake City, UT, was lost to us on April 15th 2019. He was born on July 31st 1958 in Salt Lake City, UT. He had 4 brothers and 1 sister. 

He enjoyed going to the mountains and fishing. He always lived his life to the fullest and it was one heck of a rollercoaster ride.

Jack is survived by his brother, Jim Stewart, kids, Jack Stewart & Jenifer Stewart, his grandkids, and many other family and friends that loved him dearly. He will surely be missed. RIP
