Jason Lugo, 35, of Salt Lake City, UT passed away at LDS Hospital on February 16, 2017. He was born in Sterling, Illnois to Santos Lugo and Ronald Siperly.  Jason enjoyed drawing, designing logos, computer graphics, and music.  

Jason is survived by his children Antonio Lugo (14 years old) and Solomon Lugo (13 years old); his mother Santos Lugo; brother Josh Cantu; and sister Brittani Siperly. He is preceded in death by his father Ronald Siperly, Grandmother Mary Lugo,  Great-grandmother Victoria Diaz, and Uncle Alberto Lugo.

A viewing will be held for Jason on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 10 AM at Kramer Family Funeral Home, 2500 South Decker Lake Boulevard, Suite 1, West Valley City, UT 84119.

The family would like to thank our brother Josh Cantu and Uncle Joe for giving Brittani the much needed support to make the arrangements,  and also to everyone who helped by donating to Jason’s go fund me page. The family will be forever grateful for everything everyone, did thanks for helping make this happen for Jason.
