Jeffrey A. Krueger

Jeffrey A. Krueger (56) was born on October 25th, 1963 in Rockford, Illinois. He succumbed to a terminal illness after a long battle on November 13th, 2019. Jeff was adopted as a young child and raised with his sister Elisabeth in Deerfield, Illinois by their loving parents Walter F. and Betty A. Krueger. He attended Deerfield High School and went on to take some college classes where he continued to expand his knowledge with his love for books. Jeff was very articulate with his words and impressed many with his intelligence. Jeff had a deep appreciation of the outdoors and the sounds of nature. He enjoyed sports and loved his food even more; his favorite treat was moose tracks ice cream. He had a caring personality and it showed in the meaningful relationships he formed, especially in the weeks leading up to his passing. Jeff is survived by his sister Elisabeth Davis (Krueger), biological sister Steffane Thompson (Anderson), the mother of his children, Linda Rutherford (Arends) and their children Andrew Krueger and Katy Krueger. Also the Mother of his children, Tamara Adams, her daughter Dannika Wallis (Leigh) and their children Alexander Krueger (Alisson), Andrea Krueger , Carli Krueger and Tyler Krueger.  He has 7 living  grandchildren and one on the way.  Jeff is preceded in death by his parents and one grandson. A special thank you to the nurses at Mt. Ogden Rehabilitation in South Ogden, Utah. And also the nurses and social worker with Intermountain Hospice for their loving care and support during his final days.

A memorial will be held in the spring at Fort Buenaventura. A place where he spent much of his time.
