Jimmy Joe Riojas Jr. September 25, 1970 – June 22, 2022

On June 22, 2022, our beloved Jimmy passed away peacefully in his home with his partner Cathy Sidon whom he had been with for 18 years. He had a smile and personality that could light up a room which led him to having a successful career in sales. He loved the simple things in life, and could always be found listening to music, watching sports, being out in nature and spending time with his family. He was a Los Angeles Chargers fan, an avid fisherman and he loved animals including all his kitties that he had. He loved the purple lilacs outside of his home which reminded him of his mother. He was proud to be from Rose Park and would often talk about California and growing up there. Jimmy is proceeded in death by his mother Glenda Baker and his father Jimmy Riojas Sr. He is survived by his brother Kenneth “Kenny” Baker and his wife Candy Martinez, five children Sunny Riojas, Arianna Riojas (Tessa Kennell) Sierra Mattingly Hawker (Devin Hawker), James “Romeo” Riojas and Apryl Riojas Aveytua (Emilio Aveytua), and their mothers and 4 grandkids.
