John Brent Snowball

John “Brent” Snowball age 61, passed away peacefully in the presence of his loving daughters on April 13th, of 2019. Brent graduated from Kearns High School in 1975, where he lettered in soccer. Upon graduation, he enlisted in the US Army and served as a medic until 1978. Following an honorable discharge from the US Army, he worked as a glazier at Linford Brothers Glass from 1978 through 1989. He managed V-1 Propane from 1989-1992. Following that he joined Operating Engineer Local Union number 3, and was very proud to have helped rebuild the I-15 Junction interchange, in 1997 through 2001. Brent retired in 2008.

Brent had a special love for his daughters and granddaughters. With his great passion for music, Brent loved listening to his vinyl collection, as well as enjoying live concerts with family, friends, and in the company of his daughters. Along with his passion for music, Brent enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, And could be frequently be found stargazing. Loved ones will remember Brent for his humor, wit, and adventurous spirit.

 

Brent is preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Lola Mae Snowball, and sister Gabe. Survived by his three daughters: Alicia, Rachel and Ashlie, five granddaughters: Tristina, Trinity, Triana, Delaney, Lillian and his brother Steve.

 

Family and friends are invited to join us for his veterans burial service to be held at Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park on Friday, May 3rd from 2:30 to 3 p.m. 17111 South Camp Williams Road Bluffdale, Utah 84065. Immediately following please join us in a Celebration of life with food, drink, and Brent's playlist, to be held from 4pm - 8pm at Majestic Meadows Mobile Home Park Clubhouse at 4580 South 1055 West Taylorsville Utah.
