Our Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, And friend Lawrence (Larry) Lowell Kilpatrick
Passed away June 3rd 2017 at his home in West Jordan Utah Surrounded by his Family and Loved ones.
Larry was born April 5th, 1936 to Lawrence and Lillian Kilpatrick in Salt Lake City Utah, He was the middle child of 3 children. He married the love of his Life Deloures in 1958 He was drafted to the U.S Army in 1959 and stationed in Ft.Hood Texas until 1961.
Larry & Deloures settled in Salt Lake City where they raised 5 boys together. Larry worked in the Uranium Mines, And worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for 30 years with Harper until he retired at the age of 70. He Loved moving Dirt, Building boats,Wood working, Dancing, Fishing Camping Hunting and spending time with friends and Family.
Larry is survived by his Loving wife of 58 years Deloures, His 6 children Larry (Carol), Danny (Leola - Deceased), Mike (Nancy), Scott (Linda) David (Shelly) Doug (Tammy) 28 Grandchildren 51 Great Grandchildren 1 Great Great Grandchild, Several Nieces and Nephews, And Cousin Linda Bland who was more like a sister.
Preceeded in Death by His Daughter Laurie Lee who passed in Redding California in 1963 at the age of 2, Parents Lawrence and Lillian Kilpatrick, Sister Gloria Mounts, Brother Lyle Kilpatrick, Granddaughter Mindy Kilpatrick, Neice Lynette Baker Great Nephew Tyler Schmidt and Special Cousin/ Brother Ron Bland.
The Family would like to send Special thanks to Brother Phillips and The 6th Ward for all your Love and Support, Our Son Doug and His Wife Tammy, Granddaughter Ashley Jones, Grandson Michael Hulterstrom and our Neice Vania Schmidt who is more like a daughter to us for helping take care of him his last few years of life
A Celebration of Life will be held at The LDS 6th Ward 6772 So. 3420 West West Jordan Utah Saturday June 17th At 6P.M
