April 23, 1949 - March 28, 2021

Mary Ellen Pistone, age 71, passed away peacefully on March 28th 2021 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born April 23rd 1949 in San Bernardino, California to Earl Scott Wisdom and Pearl Opal McCullough.

Mary grew up with nine sisters and one brother. In 1965, she married Jim Lewis and had two sons, Tommy and David. They later divorced. 

In 1979, Mary married Dante “Tony” Pistone in Portland, Oregon. Tony had three children, Justin, Michael and Catina from a previous marriage. Mary and Tony had one daughter, Niki together. They joined their family and resided on a farm in Murray, Utah, then later moved to West Jordan.

The family owned Tony’s Towing and Recovery for many years where Mary worked as a dispatcher and office manager. Mary and Tony separated in 2002 and she later moved to Oregon to be closer to her siblings. She had many joys in life, such as cooking, baking, landscaping and gardening. 

Mary is survived by her children; Tommy, Niki (Daniel), Hope, Michael (Kristina), Catina (Scott), her Sisters; Peggy, Patti, Sherri, Nona and one brother, Earl Jack. As well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Nancy, Joann, Frances, Jonnie, and Nellie, her daughter-in-law Melonie and her oldest son David.

The celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
