Nancy Jo Penrod

passed away March 12, 2022. Peacefully at home surrounded by her family in Bountiful, Utah. She was born in Mesa, Arizona August 23,1938 to Jack E Clark and Ivy Mae Clark. She spent most of her growing up in the Mesa, Arizona area. She married Arnold LaMar Penrod on Sept 1, 1956 in El Paso Texas. They were later sealed in the Mesa Arizona temple.

Nancy and Lamar were champion archers, they loved to compete together.

As a married mother with 4 small children they moved to Alaska and spent 17 wonderful years there raising a family.

She worked at the Lucky Wishbone restaurant in Anchorage.

She and her husband served a faithful mission for 6 years at Haskell Indian Nation University in Lawrence Kansas.

She is survived by 5 children Mitchell (Gina) Penrod, Brent (Rhonda) Penrod, Scott (Debbie) Penrod, Sheri (Karl) Toledo, Carol (Grant) Kerr. She was also survived by her sister

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing at 11:30 AM March 26th, at the Moss Hill Ward (455 South 1200 East, Bountiful, UT) the funeral will Follow at 12:30 PM. Interment services will be held at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery in Bountiful UT.
