Phillip Andrew Bednarz

Phillip Andrew Bednarz, 33, of Salt Lake City, UT passed away on Saturday, February 11th, 2017.  

 

Philip was born in Salt Lake City to James and Ellen Bednarz. During his lifetime he lived in Salt Lake City, UT, Wells, Kansas, Wilson, KS, and Bartlesville, OK. He completed his GED and was a worker at the 13th South 7-11. Phillip enjoyed painting, sports, biking, comics, and board games.

 

 

Phillip is proceeded in death by his Grandparents Ralph and Helene Mackay. He is survived by his parents James and Ellen Bednarz; brothers M. Frank Bednarz (Chicago) and Stephen James Bednarz (Wells, KS)

 

The family would like to give a special thanks to the doctors and nurses of University of Utah Hospital who did all they could. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to CAWS P.O. Box 160554 Clearfield, UT 84016 and/or NAMI 1600 W 2200 S Ste 202, West Valley City, UT 84119

 

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 20, 2017 at 11 AM with a viewing from 9:45 – 10:45 AM at 951 East 3825 South Salt Lake City, Utah 84106. Viewing will be held Sunday, February 19, from 6:00-8:00 PM  at 951 East 3825 South Salt Lake City, Utah 84106. Interment will be at Valley View Cemetery, 4400 W 4100 S West Valley City, Utah 84120.
