Sadie Margaret Snyder Knight died peacefully at her home in Taylorsville, Salt Lake County, Utah, August 3, 2017, at the age of 85.  She was born September 3, 1931, to Lenora Jane Rhoades and Leland Henry Snyder in Myton, Duchesne County, Utah.

She married Earl Joseph Knight August 17, 1949, in the back yard of a friend’s home in Roosevelt, Utah.  They were later sealed in the Salt Lake City, Utah Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

This union produced four children:  Vickie (Jay) Bryant, Randy (Marsha) Knight, Steven (Ilene) Knight and Penny Adams; 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.

Sadie and Earl served several missions and were ordinance workers in the Manti and Salt Lake City temples.

Sadie enjoyed remodeling, fishing, oil painting, gardening, old westerns, and most of all spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by: (husband):  Earl Knight; (parents): Lenora and Leland Snyder; (Siblings):  Dorothy Lenora Snyder, Lloyd Emerson Snyder, Don Chancey Snyder, and Glen Howard Snyder.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 10, 2017 at the Camp Williams Cemetery Chapel in Bluffdale, Utah, 17111 S. 1700 West.    Viewing will be from 10:30 to 11:00 am and services will follow at 11:00 am. Services will be provided by Kramer Family Funeral Home.  Luncheon to follow services at Taylorsville 30th Ward Building, 4950 S.  1950 W.  Taylorsville, Utah.
