TED C. Whittaker 2-9-36 to 5-9-2020

Ted was born on February 9th 1936 he was the youngest of 8 kids. As a teenager he worked in California as a forest fire fighter. After coming back home to Utah he went to work at Kennecott (Rio Tinto) where he retired after 28 years of hard work. Ted was a father to 4 children John, Mike, Jay and his baby Mary. He was known as grandpa to 7 grandchildren, great grandpa to 12 grandchildren, and great great grandpa to 3 grandchildren. Grandpa loved trains and anything outdoors. He was a sweet man who loved his family and was always crafting. Bright colors made him smile and spend his last 10 years with his daughter in his bright yellow room which he loved so much. Grandpa was welcomed home by his baby boy Jay, his loving mom and dad and his puppies Ebony and Dozer. Grandpa will be missed but our time together will never be forgotten.
