Courtney Amanda Stark


Courtney passed away suddenly on April 17, 2020. Courtney’s passion for taekwondo started at the young age of 11 when she became a student of Wayne Hull. She won many awards and became a 4th degree black belt, it was a life long passion.

She always had a smile on her face and made many friends around the world. She had a kind and gentle soul with a heart of gold. She was a childhood cancer advocate for many years.

She joined the army in high school and served 14+ years. She was very proud of all her fellow soldiers, including her brother Nathan (Army) and sister Cheyenne (Air Force) Courtney was honored to serve our country.

Courtney loved her family more than anything, but her greatest joy came from her nieces, nephews, and fur babies.

She is survived by her husband Jose and stepdaughter Ashley, parents Dave and Marsha Stark, siblings Krystal (Shane), Nathan (Brandi) and Cheyenne (Ellis), grandparents
Penelope and Jonnie Pritchett , Phyllis Goodrich, David Stark and Helen Stark.
Courtney will be forever missed by her nieces, nephews, and fur babies.

She is preceded in death by her grandpas and great grandparents.

A celebration of life will be determined at a later date.
