Raymond passed away suddenly at the age of 68 years. He will be remembered by his Daughters and their families Rayshell spouse Jeremy, Karen spouse Aaron. He also leaves behind seven Grand Children, Rayshell, Camerin, Spencer, Jacob, Matthew, Mia and Adam. He also has two great grandsons Alex and Killian. He will be missed by them all.
Raymond also leaves behind a twin brother Ken a sister Deborah and a brother Robert.
He is predeceased by his son Raymond his father Doran Kelsey, mother Carolin Workman Kelsey, a brother Thomas and two nephews Wyatt and Thomas.
