Alan Duane Bain, Jr.

Alan Duane Bain, Jr. "Skip", 75, of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away unexpectedly Tues. Feb. 16, 2021 at St. Mark's Hospital.

Alan was born in Brooklyn, NY to Alan D. Bain, Sr. & Olga B. Simmons. He was a proud Navy Veteran, retired police officer, assistant boy scout master, & elder in the LDS church. He loved his family, camping, playing bingo, & building Legos. He had built several military ships & was very proud to display them & share his story with others.

He was preceeded in death by both of his parents, his wife of 34 years Patricia F. Bain & a brother.

Along with his wife Linda F. Bain of 19 years, Alan is survived by his children Tracy B. Morris (Buddy) of Winton, NC, Michele B. Robitaille (Lexi) of Veyo, UT, Alan D. Bain III (Keri) of Suffolk, VA, Will E. Bain (Stephanie) of Logan, UT, 4 sisters, 2 brothers, 8 granddaughters, 5 grandsons, 1 great granddaughter, & numerous nieces & nephews.

Due to covid restrictions, at this time there will only be a private family service.

Arrangements are being handled by Kramer Family Funeral Home.
