Barbara Fay Meecham Neff was born October 16th 1960 in Salt Lake City to William and Helen Meecham, Barbara passed away on December 1st 2017 a few days after surgery with friends and family by her side. Barbara gave birth to one daughter Jaime Douglass.
Jaime (Jason) gave her three grandchildren, Shantel Douglass, Jordyn Douglass, Dominic Douglass. Jaime had two brothers from her father Randy Neff. Michal and Randy, whom she loved like her own. Michal (Katie) gave her two more grandchildren, Izabelle and William. Barbara had three siblings Peggy (Tom) McCarty, Debi Coster, Bill (Jana) Meecham.
For many years Barb has been living in pain and discomfort, Thankfully she is no longer in pain. Barb loved old rock & country, good laughs, classic movies and good coffee. She spent many years working at Fairchild semiconductor where she made many lifelong friends. Barb was truly an amazing woman. She was kind, funny, generous and loving she will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and stepson Randy Neff.
