It is with great sadness that the family of Bernard Sams Jr., announces his passing on Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at the age of 44 years. Bernard will be lovingly remembered by his wife Kimberly Sams of Clearfield, Utah and his mother, Maggie Sams of Waycross, Georgia; six children, Quazarius Williams, Raqwann Sams, Tambria Sams, Monique Massey, Khay-La Hollen-Canion and Ronald Parks, II. Bernard will also be fondly remembered by his four grandchildren, Aiyanna LaVonne, Trinity Denise, Reign Fox, and Payton Elise; two sisters, Karen Jones of Warner Robins, Georgia and Rosalyn Sams of Waycross, Georgia; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of family and friends.
A Homegoing in memory of Bernard will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2018 at 5:00 p.m., at the Embry Chapel AME Church, 264 30thStreet, Ogden, Utah with Pastor Jo Watson officiating.
