Jacob Lee Gray quietly left us for the next leg of his journey on Nov 15th surrounded by family and friends.
Born on April 21st 1978 To Terry L. Gray and Nanette L. DeValmont, Jacob was a bright shining star full of determination and love for life. Despite the many medical challenges thru out his life, he always picked himself back up, dusted himself off, and continued on to live the life he chose thru his immense inner strength and often sheer stubbornness, no matter what devastating event life confronted him with.
"He was simply the toughest man I've ever met"
Jacob loved Halloween and worked for many years as a cast member at Castle of chaos, and enjoyed to the fullest sneaking up on people and giving them a start.
Survived by his father Terry Gray, mother Nanette Brown (Mark) brothers Jeremy Gray and Jeffery Brown, sister Jeannette Brown, grandmother Juanita Reid. And many aunt's, uncle's, cousin's, niece's and nephew's. All who were special to him.
The family would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the amazing care givers at Highland care center, Millcreek hospice, St Marks hospital and Pheasant Hollow assisted living for all going far above and beyond the call in taking such good care of our son and assisting us thru this difficult time.
The family will be holding a private memorial to celebrate Jacob's life and wish him well on this next stage of his journey.
