Jason Roy Yarger, born on May 30th, 1978, passed away on August 5th, 2017.
Jason attended Highland High School in Pocatello, Idaho, then went on to attend Idaho State University. Jason served in the U.S. Navy and retired due to disability. Jason was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and had also been involved with the Greek Orthodox Church in Pocatello. Jason loved fishing and hunting.
Jason was preceded in death by his father Shane Yarger, grandparents Dale and Irene (Chatterton) Yarger, Eldon Farnes, and nephew Joshua Winters.
He is survived by sisters Cara Yarger Winters and Lisa (Chris) Burbank, nephews and nieces Zachariah, Grace, and Alexander Winters, Cheyenne, Sierra and Natalie Burbank, and mother Connie (Farnes) Yarger.
Services are Friday, August 11th at 1pm at LDS Church at S 4th Ave in Pocatello, ID.
