Laura A. Eidenier

Laura A. Eidenier passed away October 31st, 2019 peacefully in her sleep at the age of 55. Laura was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on July 18th, 1964 to Sandra O'Dell where she was lovingly raised by her grandparents Marion and Ernie Wampler along with all of her aunts, uncles and cousins. She married Michael Eidenier in June of 1984 and later welcomed their daughter, Sandra Marie Eidenier and son, Travis Aaron Eidenier. Later in life she met the love of her life, Kirk Distel, where they continued their love over the last 8 years together. Laura was baptized in the LDS church, apart of the Jackson ward for 25 years where she had many friends. Laura took in and raised Stephen Jenkins, Timothy Tremea (Tara), Clayton Payne, Chandal (Charles) Savage, Chelsey Geedy, Michelle Ritchie along with many other and adopted them as her own children along her lifetime. She was a loving and wonderful person whom touched many lives and loved with her whole heart. She always had smile and a warm hug for anyone. She was proceeded in death by her mom Sandra, her son Travis and her grandparents Marion and Ernie. She is survived by best friend and soul mate Kirk Distel, her daughters Sandy, Chandal, Chelsey, and Shelly as well as her sons Stephen, Clayton, Tim and her true forever favorites, her grandchildren and extended family. We want to thank all of our families and friends that knew our mom whom have showed their love and dedication to her all of her life. She will be truly missed from the bottom our hearts. Women like her are few and far between! She shared her love with the world! 

There is a memorial account set up through American First Credit Union here in Utah. The account number is 9113150 and is called the Laura Eidenier memorial. 

Viewing and funeral services will be held Thursday, November 7th, 2019 starting at 10:00 A.M at the LDS Church located on 1029 26th Street Ogden, UT 84401. The grave side service and dedication will be at 12:00 P.M. at Lindquist Memorial Park at 1867 N Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah.
