Raymond Eugene Pace August 9, 1955 - July 12, 2022

Raymond Eugene Pace died Tuesday July 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City at the age of 66. He was born August 9, 1955 in Provo, Utah to Wilson Woodrow Pace Sr. and Anna Ardith Peterson Pace. He married Denece Jepperson on September 1, 1978 in the Provo Temple. They were later divorced. He received his education in the Spanish Fork & Provo Schools. He loved to go fishing and camping. He loved to play in the water, go on picnics & have ice cream and candy when he was a child. His favorite movie was Where the Red Fern Grows and his favorite book was Call of the Wild.

He was a Welder and worked for the Coca Cola Company. As a child he loved Tonka Trucks, Cap Guns and Puzzles. He loved to ride his Motorcycle. He and his brother John would climb aboared the Denver Rio Grande railroad trains while they were moving. He and his sister Patsy and brother John called themselves the Three Musketeers. He and his siblings would sometimes jump in the the swimming hole in the creek and they spent alot of time climbing the mountains. He was born on his sister's birthday, when he came home she fed him a piece of cake and she thought she killed him in Thistle Utah.

He always loved different animals that he liked to scare his sister with an alligator, tarantula, rats, snakes and lizards. He will be missed by his loved ones. He is survived by his daughter Desiree (Darcy) Catanzariti, grandson Bowen Ray Ortiz, granddaughter Anika Marie Pace, 2 brothers and 4 sisters, Wilson Woodrow Pace Jr., John Alma Pace, Jolene Thomas, Patsy Carrillo, Cletona (Alan) Hone, and Calleen(Doug)Davis, and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister-in-law Bonnie Elaine Pace, brothers- in- law Nazario Carrillo and LaMon Thomas, niece Callie Rae Carrillo, and nephews John William Thomas and John Franklin Newberry.
