Wendy Sue Green-Reiner
It is with great sadness that the family of Wendy Sue Green-Reiner announce that she has gone home to be with her heavenly Father after a long battle with cancer. Wendy will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 36 years, Al, her children Alex, Mark and Laurie as well as her grandchildren Peyton and Landon.
Despite her long battle with cancer, in which she received chemo for three and a half years, she went through it with a smile and a positive attitude all the way to the end.
Wendy spent her life caring for God’s creatures, living as a vegan vegetarian and being an advocate for animal rights, while also making efforts to reduce the footprint she left on her Father’s creation.
Wendy had a deep love of reading, tea and puzzles. She had a strong faith in God that was obvious in her relationships. She was a caring soul that has been taken from us too soon. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
Since Wendy’s wishes were to not endanger others during the pandemic and to ease the mourning of her friends and family, there will not be a viewing or funeral service. Once again always thinking of others. If you would like to contribute anything, please consider donating to the Best Friends Animal Society or to Joyce Meyer Ministry’s charity: Hand of Hope.
