Willie H. Welch III

Willie H. Welch III was called to heaven on October 29, 2021. He passed away surrounded by his wife, daughters, and father. Beloved husband of 29 years with Eva Fernandez-Welch. Loving father of Kenan, Camila, and Isabella.

Willie was born on March 23th, 1966 in Springerville Arizona. He served his country well, first in the US Navy, and later in the Army. He graduated from Utah Valley University and worked in the financial/banking industry. He was an incredible person, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and of course friend. His wisdom will live on through his legacy, which was “Never, Never Quit”, and “Trust in Those You Love”. His sense of humor was unmatched, as it was his kindness. He will live in our hearts and memories forever. Gone but never forgotten.

A memorial gathering and funeral will be 1:30 pm Tuesday, November 9th, at the Utah Veteran’s Cemetery Memorial Park. We invite family, friends, and members to the community to say their last goodbyes.
