Audrey Atkinson Mitchell

Audrey Atkinson Mitchell passed away, at home surrounded by family, on January 31, 2020. Audrey was born April 1, 1934 in Francis, Utah to Isaac Victor Atkinson and Afton Lefler Atkinson. She was lucky #7 out of 8 children. Audrey married her sweetheart, Jack Calvin Mitchell, on October 15, 1949. They shared 61 years together until Jack passed away in April of 2011. Together they had 3 children.

Audrey is proceeded in death by her husband, her oldest son Robert J Mitchell, a grandson Andy Jack Mitchell, and all of both hers and Jack’s siblings. She is survived by her daughter Beverly Anne Mitchell and her son Randy C Mitchell. Grandchildren; Jeremy L Mitchell (Billie), Melissa G Smith (Cody), Victoria A Mitchell, Joshua C Mitchell, Tisha M Mitchell and 14 great grandchildren. Audrey was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, February 22, 2020, at the Kamas LDS church (100 W Center St) between 2-3.
