Betty Jo Erickson

July 15th, 1943 to September 20, 2022.

Betty was born in Heber City, Utah to Jack and Bernice Young. They lived on a small farm in Tabiona Utah.

Betty married her first husband Merlin Eugene Beck and they had two beautiful kids, Sherry (Matt) Johnson and David (Teresa) Beck. Later they Divorced.

A few years later Betty married her husband Herbert Erickson whom he brought with him two amazing boys, Ted (Becky) Erickson and Herbert L. Erickson. Later having two more beautiful kids Jack (Brenda) Erickson and Marjorie (Dustin) Harris.

Betty has 34 grandchildren and many great grandchildren whom she loved beyond belief. Heaven is lucky to have you, but so were we.

Betty lived her life for others, never for herself. She was the most selfless person, helping all she could help.

Betty worked for BD Medical for many years. After retiring she moved to Pismo Beach, California and then later to Fallon Nevada and then again to West Valley, Utah. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Where she would teach the gospel and work at the Temple.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Herbet Erickson, son Herbert Leroy Erickson, brother Ferrell Young, sister Marge Hunt, granddaughters Journey Marie Erickson, Victoria Jo Erickson, and Makayla Renee Erickson. Along with many others.

Services will be held October 1st, 2022. Viewing will begin at 10am followed by the Funeral at 11am. Located at 7903 South 2700 West, West Jordan, Utah. Burial in Lehi City, Cemetery
