1957-2017

Dana Renna Winrow "Nana" 59, passed away peacefully Wednesday June 21st in Salt Lake City, Utah. After a lengthy struggle with Dementia with Lewy Bodies. Dana was born on October 2nd, 1957 to parents Clyde (Tex) Rutherford and Beverly (Jeannie) Greenhalgh In Salt Lake City, Utah. Her parents proceed her in death. Dana is survived by her two children, Stanley(Tiffany) Rutherford and Heather (Sean) Lytle. The pride of her life were her five grandchildren Sasha, Jordan, Nina, Makensie and Trevin along with stepchildren. Her grandfather Andrew Merkey, her siblings Debra Johnston, Kerry (Mike) Moore, Raymond (Sam) Rutherford and Joey Rutherford. Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and so many of her beloved nieces and Nephews and their children(more of her "Grand babies"). She has always been "Aunt Nana" to more then just family. She had many great friends that would become family. Dana was always the social butterfly, a very kind caring soul that would help anyone in need in any way she could. She was always the best listener and gave the best advice.

Dana's wishes were to be cremated. So we are forgoing any funeral plans and opting for a Celebration of life in her honor. Friends and family are welcome to come and remember and celebrate her. Dana's sister Kerry (Mike) are hosting this celebration at their home on Tuesday June 27th, from 7pm-9Pm at 1580 S 900 W Salt Lake City, Utah. We would like to thank the staff at Willow Wood Care center for the care of her until coming to Hospice care at the Lodge by Valeo. Your care, Kindness and compassion were appreciated during a difficult time.
