His family would like to thank the staff of St. Joseph's Villa where John spent his last few months, and the staff at Utah Cancer specialist, in particular Alex who helped the family navigate the byzantine world of health insurance. At John's request, there will be no service. A private memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
