On Friday, December 14, 2018, Leslie Jean Loya passed away suddenly at the age of 49. Leslie was born June 5, 1969 in West Valley, Utah. Leslie will be survived by her mother Brenda J Loya, stepmother Carol Wells, brothers Paul and Sherri Loya, Kirk and Brenda Loya, Jerry and Jennie Loya, Robert and Michelle Loya, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by sister Cindi Foti, father Paul Loya, brother Greg Loya, father Jerry Wells, Uncle Marvin Yetter and Roger Yetter, grandmother Blanche Yetter, and many other grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.


Leslie liked spending time in the outdoors camping and fishing. She loved all animals. She loved spending time with dogs Dexter and Mia, whom she considered to be her babies. She really enjoyed spending time with family especially her nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.


A viewing will be held Friday December 21, 2018 from 6-8 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 4252 South Bennion Road Taylorsville Utah 84119.


A service will be held Saturday December 22, 2018 from 11am-12pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 2030 West Chateau Ave. Taylorsville, Utah 84129 with a viewing an hour beforehand.


A graveside service will be held at 12:30 pm at the Salt Lake City Cemetery 200 N St E, Salt Lake City, 84103.


A luncheon will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 2 pm at 2030 West Chateau Ave Taylorsville, Utah 84129 where there will be an open mic where people can share their fond memories of Leslie.


Leslie will be dearly missed by many friends and family.
