Nichole Alexis Ward

Dear daughter and a young life lost too soonNichole Alexis Ward, beloved daughter and mother, passed away Thursday evening June 21, 2016, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nichole was born July 17, 1984 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Kathleen Keith and William Ward. She graduated from Park City High School. An avid horse lover, Nichole enjoyed riding her horse “Gidget.” She also enjoyed arts and crafts. Nichole is survived by her son, Maddox Keysor, her mother Kathleen, stepfather Charley Tiegen, aunt Lisa Bryon, and uncle John Keith. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Virginia Keith and uncle Paul Keith. The Keith Family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the University of Utah ICU for their compassion and care of Nichole, Ettie Martinez and Ashley Moldenhouer Nichole’s friends who were there by her side and always there for her, the Jenson Family, Lily Bagnel, Cheryl Whitterron, and the Fine Family. A memorial service will be held for Nichole on July 17th, 2016 at 5 PM at the Big Cottonwood Regional Park Pavallion, 4350 South 1300 East, Salt Lake City, Utah. Memorial donations may be made to the Maddox Keysor college fund with America First Credit Union. More information will be provided at a later date.
