A wonderful person with a loving soul
Peggy Mary Bowron Waldron passed away June 1st, 2017 at her home in Salt Lake City with her grandchild/caregiver Crystal and daughter Carol by her side. Peggy was born October 24th, 1929 in Calgary Alberta Canada to Joseph E. Bowron and Christina Linning. After completing high school, Peggy pursued advanced training as a secretary. She married her beloved companion Wayne W. Waldron on March 16th, 1955.
She was an active member of the LDS Church and loved teaching primary and Boy Scouts. Peggy loved to knit, draw, and watch television.
Peggy is survived by her loving children Joseph (Lauren) Waldron, Tina (Don) Alvarado, Carol (Indalecio) Urcino, brother Tom (Elsie) Linning, devoted caregivers, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and even great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Wayne W. Waldron, and grandchild Elvia Urcino.
There will be a viewing on Thursday, June 8th at the LDS Church on 760 N. 1200 W. from 5pm to 7pm. The viewing will take place in the west relief society room.
Her funeral will be held Friday, June 9th at 11am in the West Chapel at 760 N. 1200 W. A viewing will be held prior to the funeral service beginning at 10am.
Her family wishes to thank Dr. John Deitlien, as well as her many dear family members, friends, and daily caregivers.
