Raymond Keith Payne

Raymond was born January 28,1951 to Marilyn Mae Wells and Arthur Woodrow Payne in Tooele Utah. After the deaths of his parents he was raised along with his brothers by

John and Mary Huff Hayward. His sister Tamara (Gary) is the last of the Payne clan to be born. Raymond was preceded in death by his six brothers: Larry, Terry, Jerry, James, Arthur and Bruce.

He is survived by his Sister Tamara (Gary) Shamy and his wife Domonie Carlton Payne, niece and nephew Teresa Lee Frost and Gregorio (Andrea) Hualde.
