Terry is preceded in death by Ruben E Burgess. He is survived by his Mother Marlene Burgess; Siblings Debbie (John) Barnson, Danny Burgess; Children Brittany Burgess, Amber (Gabriel) Butler, Jeremy Snyder; Grandchildren,  nieces, nephews, and  extended family and friends.

A memorial service in Terry's honor will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 2 PM, 4586 W 3960 S, West Valley City, UT.
