Christine Alcorn Nazaroff, 72, passed away peacefully on Nov. 23, 2022, in Salt Lake City, UT. She was born Feb. 21, 1950 in Montebello, California, to Gene and Patti Alcorn. Chris attended Anaheim High School. She loved living in sunny Southern California. She married Neil Glass Jr. and they had three children. They later divorced. She married Gary Nazaroff. 

She enjoyed watching NASCAR racing, making crafts, painting and playing slots- and even had a good streak at winning. Chris was a very loving and patient Mother and always listened. She had a great love for animals and had a unique way with them. After her stroke 11 years ago, she was heartbroken to have to give away her favorite dog, Tootsie, and move to Utah. 

Chris was very independent. If there was something that she wanted to do, she did it. 

Chris was preceded in death by her parents, Gene, Patti and John Crandall and her sister, Cindy Knittel. Chris is survived by her children, Sandy (Steve) Jordan, Taylorsville, UT, Neil (Jamie) Glass, Guam, Donovan Glass, Los Angles, Ca, six grandchildren, Mother, Loretta Alcorn, siblings, Dave (Lucy) Alcorn, Julie White and Leigh (Mark) Hall, and lots of nieces and nephews.

She was loved by many friends and family. Her family expresses gratitude to the staff of Meadow Brooke Nursing and Rehab, for the eight years of loving care and support.

A private celebration of life will be held in the spring.
